"The incidents of cleansing the temple of animals and money as a parable for us is very interesting. It implies that even clean animals are to be removed from our diet. Good insight! This is an idea that I have never considered and it is very appealing.

"I love what you say about the Rainbow Trout in heaven, that is exactly the point. It is only paradise if death and destruction end, and why shouldn't we get as close to that ideal as we possibly can here in preparation? But I've heard of Christians who think they'll be eating their hamburgers in heaven. Insane but true.

"Overall, I am very impressed. The book is very good. I very much enjoyed it and the fact that there are others making a similar effort to educate people on these issues." Matthew Priebe, author of Animals, Ethics & Christianity

"Thank you so much for the opportunity to read your book, The Conscientious Cuisine. Your book is an interesting, in-depth look at the world of meat and animal processing. Your data is shocking to say the least, and really sparks thought in its reader. You have created an informative tool in the topic of nutrition that will influence its reader.

"Some of the data was extremely gruesome, but extremely necessary to the effectiveness of your book. I believe, most of the time, people are unaware of the hidden dangers associated with process and packed meats, even with meat consumption in general. Your book brings to light a world that most of us are unaware of, a world we encounter blindly every day."—Michael Wourms, President CSN
